A chic and colorful wedding in the California Redwoods.

I think one of my favorite parts of weddings is the glimpse you get into other peoples lives. Their magic love for one another and their friends and family, their inside jokes, their favorite foods, their killer dance moves... and so on. I feel so honored to be able to capture traditions that are so special to the couple and their family. Both Tammy and Nicholas are Chinese, and so they integrated a Chinese Tea Ceremony into their day. It is such a beautiful tradition to show respect to your family. Tammy changed from her chic white dress, into a modern take on the traditional Chinese red dress for the ceremony. 

I loved all of the details from this colorful Northern California Destination Wedding! The rainbow of flowers in mix matched arrangements, the first look on a bridge amongst the redwoods, table numbers in the bride and grooms favorite beer, the coral and peach bridesmaid dresses, the red velvet cake adorned with orchids, the arching bridge behind the reception seating, the twinkle lights, the whole day was stunning.
